Remarks: Pushed back and ready for departure. BNLU (ex-City of Bangor) was stored in Victorville from October 2009 till March 2011 and re-entered service in Summer '11 after a check and interior updation. Delivered to BA in January '92, this aircraft is equipped with 14F/52J/36W/235Y.
Remarks: Still deploying flaps, slats and thrust reversers on the taxiway. Also, the catapult used for hurling crackers in to the air to scare away birds can be seen below the tail (the tripod like contraption).
Remarks: Memories...the days when ATRs from Jet Airways and Kingfisher would dominate the Bangalore skies. With the demise of Kingfisher, Jet Airways has scaled down the ATR operations. So now the traffic at Bangalore is mostly 320, 737, 320, 737, Q400, 737, 320....................
