Remarks: The rear Economy Class cabin of our CX 747-400 after completion of flight CX 684 from BOM. I found these fixed-back new generation seats uncomfortable. The fact that the flight was jam packed did not help either! The IFE screens are displaying the gate information for connecting flights from HKG
Remarks: Business Class cabin on the Upper Deck of Air India 747-300 Combi. There are only two 743 Combis in the AI fleet and I am on "Narasimha Varman" Not even 25% occupancy in Business Class on our flight - AI144 from BOM to AMD.
