Remarks: This is the largest aircraft combination at our airport at the moment, meaning 1 KLM MD11, 1 Martinair 767-300ER and 1 Arkefly 767-300ER being handled at the terminal all at once.
Remarks: There is something unusual about this event because this aircraft was bought by Insel Air to be cannibalized here in Curacao so this is actually the very last flight of this former Alitalia aircraft. The aircraft was decorated with special sticker for this event. The stickers say "Scrapheap" at the nose section, "Curacao or Bust", "Jane" and "Out of Africa" on the fuselage itself and another sticker on the lower aft section I cannot make out.
Remarks: American Airlines' second daily flight arrives at night as seen on this photo. Note the "Working Together, Winning Together" sticker next to the airline name on the fuselage. Nice night photo!
Remarks: Delta Airlines inaugural flight to Curacao! On the photo it is seen at pushback from gate 5 with beacon lights reflecting. You can also see the aircraft's eyebrow windows have been covered which is new for the 737NG since 2005.
Remarks: First cockpit photo of the Insel Air MD83, a true classic aircraft as evidenced by the aircraft's cockpit. Thanks to the crew of Insel Air for allowing me to take some pictures in the cabin.

Remarks: This is Curacao Airport by night! You can see everything on both landside and airside around the new terminal, from the parking lot to the arrival curb to the passenger loading bridges and taxiways and the runway. You can also see two vehicles driving on the taxiway in the back as well as the blue KLM neon light to the upper right in the background. This is where the KLM office is on the island. The different colors of the lights makes this a very nice night overview of our airport. You can even see the nice full moon light reflecting on the Caribbean Sea to the upper left of the photo. I love night photography!
Remarks: New registration to the database. Insel Air's second EMB110 taking a short afternoon rest before it starts flying again in about half an hour.
Remarks: Ramp overview at Schiphol Airport between Pier D and E in the very early morning hours. You can see that activity on the ramp is still minimal compared to what it is during the day. There are four KLM A330s visible in this photo with PH-AOK being the newest A330 delivered to KLM at the time of this photo.
