Remarks: Speedbird 38 from Beijing arriving at Heathrow with a special cargo on board today... Team GB, fresh from the 2008 Beijing Olympics... along with a staggering 47 Olympic Medals, 19 of which are gold. As a way of celebrating Team GB's efforts, BA placed a special gold nose cone on this 747 and named the aircraft "Pride". Well done to the 2008 Great Britain Olympic Team - The best result for 100 years!

Remarks: Lots in storage at Southend - 3x Aloha 737's, 1x Ata Brasil 737, 1x BAC Express F27, 1x Bae 146 and 1x B727 (Which has since been partly scrapped and transported to Bournemouth).

Remarks: Formation flying at 35,000 feet abover Heathrow! Two Delta 767's both heading back to the United States. As you can see one is crossing the trail of the other.
Remarks: We have just arrived at LHR after an 8 hour flight from PHL. As we taxi to terminal 1 we are given a nice view of the tower and long haulers which have all landed in the past few hours.
