Remarks: The 1st shot of Somersby Airstrip (also known as "Gosford Airport") for the DB. Located on NSW's Central Coast the Airstrip is privately owned and usually only sees use from a small number of Cessna 150's and microlight flights. UNTIL NOW that is, Skydiving operations recently began from the airstrip using a BO105 Chopper. One of the best experiences of my life was jumping out of it ! 1600pxl
Remarks: Not One, Not Two, But Three airports in one picture.Great overview of Las Vegas, Nevada as we descend into KLAS and the sun begins to set. The second airport in the photo is Nellis AFB and the third is Nth Las Vegas, I didn't even notice the third until the comment :)[1600pixels].
Remarks: PJ-WII lines up for take off at one of the worlds most magnificent airports, St. Barths. I took 3 trips that day on this exact aircraft. The approach into this airport has to be experience for any aviation fanatic. [1600pxl]
