Remarks: Lanzarote holds many good viewing areas around the southern side of the airfield. Standing on the rocks you get a good view of down runway 03, departing Runway21 is G-GTDL departing back to one of the UK airports. In the background can be seen a Travel Service B738, that landed on Monday night and Departed on Friday morning.
Remarks: A overview area of Munich airport taken from the aviation mound, two photos of my best friends Ben Rowley and Thomas Neilson! This is a special photo as its my 2000th on JP! A big shout out goes too the 2 guys above, Steve Scott, Paul Nichols, Steve Jones, Karl Hurst, Adam Goward, Josh Rice, Tom Gautier, Scott Campbell, Jonathan Priestly, Daniel Fretwell, Gianluca Reinarz, Alex Saffe and many many more for the brilliant trips! Here is too another 2000!!!
Remarks: What a moment! Spending the morning through heavy rain showers and the freezing cold we waited for this delayed TCX86K to depart to Barbados. The captain decided to go for RWY14 and while she rotated in front of us the sun made a appearance! Thank you to Nick Preston and Jonathan Priestley for the company!
Remarks: The usual Saturday line up at Manchester terminal 2, G-VROS is waiting for some baggage to turn up, if you look closely at the hold that is open, you can see a man resting while waiting! Behind the B747 is a Cityjet Fokker 50, behind that is the special colours Delta ( Habitat for humanity ), next is a US Airways A333, that was grounded for 6 hours due to engineers finding damaged caused by a lighting strike the day before (Thanks to Bald Penguin for that story). Then a Continental B752 and another mighty Virgin Jumbo.
Remarks: I wonder where this shot is taken? The anniversary of Newcastle airport brought in this B773 from Dubai. The ground crew can be seen checking there photos while it taxi's past.
Remarks: UR-82060 was surpose to make a move on the 26/10/2009, but got cancelled last minute. Instead i catch this amazing plane resting on the DHL ramp. Later on that night, was a great sight to see her parked next too a B744. Thanks to Mark Winterbourne for making the possible!
