Remarks: A big thank you to DHL for allowing me access to this unique aircraft. The aircraft arrived with clothing for the Primark chain following a major fire at their Magna Park (Lutterworth) warehouse. The flight out will take around 100 tons of gifts for children in the Ukraine. What you can actually see through the windshield is the nose section which was in the upright loading position.
Remarks: The beautiful WB-57 taxis out for a cosmic dust gathering mission which lasted around four and a half hours. It deployed to Mildenhall for two weeks to fly four research missiions.
Remarks: The beautiful AN 225 makes it's first visit (as far as I am aware)to the UK since 1990. During the evening there were no less than five Antonov types present, including AN-12, AN26,AN74, AN124 (x2) and of course AN225.
