Remarks: Speedbird Six from Narita just touching down on 27R, with the outer bogies yet to level off. My 250th upload to JetPhotos.net, thanks to everyone who has helped me out on the way, most notably Dan Nicholson who has been a huge help and inspiration. Cheers Dan!
Remarks: Whilst Dan Nicholson gets Arrecife for his panoramic shots I'm stuck with the Isle of Man! Nevertheless G-MABR makes for a rarely formidable sight as she passes over the approach lights on short final for runway 26 on arrival from her first Gatwick rotation of the day. Well worth falling off a wall for...
Remarks: Looking out over the hordes of people checking in for their return flight back home to the Italian mainland. The building is clearly at its capacity limits, and the new terminal building currently under construction will be keenly awaited.
Remarks: Climbing out of Miami heading to DFW as part of the long ride home to Manchester. As well as being my first wingletted 737, this is the first wing view shot of an AA 738 with winglets!
Remarks: Climbing out over the port city of Catania, heading to Milan Malpensa after a 3 hour delay. To the left and behind the city you can make out the slope of Mount Etna, leading up to the summit of the tallest active Volcano in Europe.
Remarks: After nearly 24 hours of flying on N192AN my adventure with her is coming to an end. Having left Boston the previous night we have travelled together to Manchester, back to Boston the following morning, and are now descending over South Florida into Miami. Sadly for this final leg I was relegated to the economy cabin, but was soon up front again for my final flight for three days to San Francisco.
Remarks: Taxiing out for departure to Vienna. This was the first time a Challenger 300 had ever visited Leeds, what a shame the weather couldn't have been more inviting. No wonder she only stayed an hour.
