Remarks: Pearl Zone business class. 98 TV programmes, 86 movies, hundreds of audio tracks and 30 odd games AVOD. Combined with a full lie flat bed it all adds up to a truly superb business class experience. This picture shows the paired seat cocoons, popular with couples, in the middle of the aircraft and the single cocoon which is repeated in a staggered fashion along the side of the aircraft, more popular with business passengers. The window seat cocoons give a particularly private flight experience. All seats have the added advantage of individual access to the aisle.

Remarks: Popham Microlight Trade Fair. Crashed on finals when a wing suddenly dropped. Both occupants escaped unharmed and the aircraft showed absolutely no distortion to the cabin area. They build these birds strong !
Remarks: Delivered new to UK on 4.08.2007. First flight today 5.08.2007...and it runs the port wing into the spectator fence when it lost brake pressure. Amazingly no damage done and went on to have a successful 30 minute shakedown flight. (Picture 2 of 2) Edit.30.11.07. Now registered on UK reg, ex RA3364K
Remarks: Taken about 20 minutes after the accident . This Pingouin was about to go to Eastbourne in Sussex for the annual air display when the pilot had to perform a go around on approach to Headcorn - EGKH.
On opening the throttle the engine apparently failed to respond and the pilot had to force land in this field. Happily he was uninjured but what a shame to see such a lovely machine in this condition.
Remarks: Just crossing the northern coast of the Bay of Biscay enroute Madrid - Heathrow. Just 50 pax on this A340 service which would normally be an A321 but, because of a huge pre Christmas passenger booking load for the return to Madrid, Iberia put on this A340-600. Never have I had so much legroom in economy class !!

Amazingly no damage done and went on to have a successful 30 minute shakedown flight. Shows how close this came to being far more serious. (Picture 1 of 2) Edit.30.11.07. Remarks: While taxiing out with the first display item of skydivers at the 2006 Lydd Airshow, G-NJAG collided with the Charlie holding point markers. Happily no-one was injured but it certainly woke up the emergency services who were on scene in less than 20 seconds. Commiserations to the poor pilot who was extremely embarrassed to say the least.
Remarks: A high level dust layer from the Sahara Desert made shooting difficult on this day. A busy Saturday at Las Palmas with a heavy Scandinavian presence. Thomas Cook Scandinavia A330 vacates the runway while an Iberia A321 and Primera B737-800 complete their pushbacks.
