Remarks: 15 minutes after aircraft took off a woman had a stroke. As an EMT I offered medical assistance to her. Later captain decided to return to HKIA. But aircraft must dump over 100,000 gallons of fuel before it can be safe landed. Here is the picture showing the fuel been dumped into South China Sea.

Remarks: All 60 business class seats were occupated on this 16 hours non-stop flight from New York to Hong Kong. Unluckly I was unable use my upgrade voucher on this flight.
Remarks: Pretty comfortable on this 16 hours non-stop flight from New York to Honk Kong. Entertainment and food on this long haul fligth were excellent.
