Remarks: One of 750 Sqn’s Jetstreams from Culdrose is seen here on finals to Fairford for RIAT. It wears tail markings commemorating ‘100 Years of Naval Aviation’. The Navy uses the Jetstream T.2 for training Observers destined for the operation of the systems installed in the Sea King Mk.7 ASaC, Merlin and Lynx helicopters. The type has been in RN service since the early ‘eighties, when the fleet was transferred from a surplus in service with the RAF.
