Remarks: Two airlines who no longer fly in the Indian skies: Kingfisher taxiing in and a Paramount Embraer departing Bangalore.
Remarks: Lovely blue skies as we climb out of Delhi and turn south to Bangalore. This was my last flight on a Kingfisher narow body jet. Just a couple of months later, financial problems began to unravel at KF and the airline grounded most of its fleet and its schedule became too unreliable to fly.
Remarks: Foggy conditions causing a runway change and we start to taxi towards RWY 28 instead of RWY 29.
The weather in Delhi that week was very bad with fog leading to flight delays.
Remarks: Crossing taxiway Alpha on our way to the ramp after landing on RWY 09.
Remarks: The now non-existent Kingfisher Airbus A321 making a beautiful flare for touchdown on runway 27 at Bengaluru International Airport. Sad that these A321s are no more flying for Kingfisher :(
Remarks: One of few remaining A321s in the KF fleet following the financial crisis at the carrier.
Remarks: Taxing out of the ramp via taxiway 'Hotel'.
Remarks: Getting ready to perform its first flight of the day in the early dawn. 1600px
Remarks: KFZ going through maintenance in the dead of the night in one of the layover bays at BIAL.
Remarks: About to touch down on runway 27.
