Remarks: First flew in 1987 for Thai Airways. Withdrawn from use in GYR, 01/12 after 24.5 years flying. Never thought this would be my final picture of her at SNN. Long live the DC-10. Here she is being pushed off stand 42 to a middle east destination on an american troop flight, most likely OKBK.
Remarks: She was flying from and to Amsterdam for Surinam Airways for over a week or so and after catching her on one of the first days i couldn't resist to go back and watch her in action one more time again, here about to slam its gear down on 18R after a flight from PBM [1200 pix]
Remarks: Never ever thought that i would ever meet a good old DC-10 at Amsterdam again, so happy that i caught this bird before sunset, here after arrival from Paramaribo as flight PY994 flying for Surinam Airways, this machine is a familiar one to me as it flown with Northwest Airlines as the N239NW to Amsterdam on frequent base in the past..
