Remarks: 08/08/2009 collision between Eurocopter AS 350 N401LH and Piper PA-32R-300 N71MC; both crashed in the Hudson River in the vicinity of West 14th Street in Manhattan.
Remarks: Approaching the Downtown Manhattan Heliport. This helicopter was destroyed in a collision with a Piper Lance on August 8, 2009 over the Hudson River, with the loss of 9 on the two aircraft. Dedicated to the memory of those lost.
