Remarks: One of the three Canadian Regional Jets (CRJs) in the Air India Regional Fleet. Seen here is Juliet Bravo taxiing to the active to fly to Jolly Grant Airport, Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India as Air India 9819.
Remarks:New Zealand 124 from Melbourne smokes the left bogie as she arrives back during the sunset on what has been an excellent days spotting. Later that evening this frame operated NZ 2 to LHR via LAX.
Remarks: 1600x. Celebrating my nr 3000 photo on Jetphotos with this great triple seven from Istanbul. Dedicated to my good spotting friends Stig, Stian and Sebastian.
Remarks: Reduced to being a billboard facing the road...not even a flying billboard. Sad really. Years after the bankruptcy of MK Airlines, this 747 along with a sister-ship have been parked here at Kemble. For years due to the court liquidation process the ownership of these planes was not clear and now their scrapping has been delayed due to the existence of asbestos and other nasty chemicals requiring specialist handling. Eventually though these former queens of the sky will be scrapped and unfortunately because they have been sitting uncared for in the humid conditions, most of their parts are worthless as spares.
