Remarks: In town for a much needed paint job into the Delta Air Lines livery. This jumbo landed behind us but then had to wait for our parking spot while we ran around taking photos!
Remarks: Only now do I truly understand what Singapore Airlines meant when they labelled this product as a 'Class beyond first...'. This section is in the middle of First Class with the front of the plane on the left side. The chairs also fold into flat beds, and the passenger has the choice of closing the blinds which in this photo are lifted. The previous pictures which showcased a large bed were simply two of these combined cabins, allowing travelling to be that extra bit 'romantic'. To book a flight or not? Don't even hesitate!
Remarks: Singapore Changi International Airport is a terminal with a fantastic atmosphere. Even the check-in counters have been redesigned for the Christmas Season - and look wonderful reflecting on the ground. Seasons Greetings to all!
Remarks: Some early-morning engine maintenance for this 1965 Aero Commander, one of the extensive GAM fleet of Aero Commanders. This aircraft was first registered in Australia on 24 November 1997.
