Remarks: Never get bored with MAHO. Just when you begin to think you've seen it all the sky puts on a show featuring a classic DC-7 in ancient AA livery.
Remarks: Aruba gets a visit from Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Awareness 757, one of a number of AA jets getting this livery. The highly polished fuselage reflects the piano keys on this humid, hazy Caribbean day. AA will contribute over 1 mill to this cause in 2008. No it's not an FSX background..
Remarks: “Willy in the Rainbow is my 100th. shot on JETPHOTOS. This one is dedicated to all of the JP contributors and staff I have met and will meet in Sint. Maarten.
SXM is addictive, and possibly the neatest place in the world to enjoy spotting and aviation photography.
Special thanks to all the WINAIR pilots who check out their photos here and continue to provide opportunities for us all.
Remarks: AMERICAN is still the biggest player in the SXM market with this one arriving from SJU with another load. Better half is soaking up the sand and surf while I shoot.
Remarks: Perfect day on MAHO for great shooting and colourful traffic as well. The sun manages to reflect from the sandy beach illuminating the underbodies of the A/C. The trusty "MONIQUE"10.5 NIKKOR was passed around during the week...watch for more from the usual MAHO suspects.
Remarks: It is never boring standing at the fence with an A-340 barreling toward you.
Air France continues with daily service from CDG to SXM providing spotters, photographers and the daring fence rider with unending entertainment.

Remarks: My latest trip was highlighted by a visit to the tower. Check out the Sunset Beach Bar, Maho Beach and the world's best "rideable" fence.
From Brazil and waiting to start service with Continental Express is a shiny new ERJ-145 (N-27190) parked in the holding area and ready to go Stateside.
