Remarks: This Cub is built in 1943 and indeed has a military history.
Remarks: It looks very much like a Piper Cub, but apparently is a Rippert. This is the first one built.
Remarks: Together with F-ZBMG (code 48) in a close formation. Number three, F-ZBFV (code 37) was a little behind. They were training above and in the water of the bay of Cassis, close to Marseille.
Remarks: Rolled out of the paintshop today. This Q400 is a new type for the airline. Previously it flew for SAS as LN-RDA.

Remarks: Only two of these aircraft have been built. It was intended as a VTOL transporter for NATO use, but the project was prematurely terminated. Thie Do-31 is the proud property of the Dornier museum.
