Remarks: 'Raptor' arriving at Griffith for some Anzac Day work. This Blackhawk was originally ordered for the RAAF and first flew on 28 October 1989. In the meantime the Government decreed that the RAAF's helicopters would be transferred to the Army, and this aircraft was delivered directly to the Army.
Remarks: Canberra's Australian Defence Force Academy (ADFA) had an Open Day on 28Aug2010. The RAAF Roulettes Aerobatic Team performed a formation flying display, and RAAF Balloon VH-DEF did tethered flights. Also, helicopters on static display were Army S-70A-9 Blackhawk A25-207, and Bell 206B-1 Kiowa A17-031; and RAN S-70B-2 Seahawk N24-009, A-109E Power N42-510 and AS-350B Squirrel N22-021. Blackhawk A25-207 (Named 'Cataphract') is shown departing the football oval display area at the end of the Open Day.
