Remarks: Nice and close is the C-10 pilot with hatch open as he cruizes by the crowd at "Aviation Nation 2007" at Nellis AFB on a perfect sunny evening preparing for takeoff.
Remarks: Against a vibrant blue Vegas sky is a C-10 Thunderbolt II on a low climbing pass at the Nellis AFB airshow "Aviation Nation 2007" located just north of downtown Las Vegas.
A ton of people at the show, but worth seeing these guys do their thing. The show is FREE too.

Remarks: Representing the 355th wing, this A10 Thunderbolt catches some lovely light as she departs Nellis for the start of her display in late afternoon, near perfect conditions.
Remarks: The Spangdahlem A-10s were some of the NATO participants in the 2001 Coopertaive Key exercise. This aircraft was w/o 27-6-2002.
