Remarks:Qantas 51 arrives from Brisbane, Queensland. A change in the schedule for this winter season sees this flight arrive 30 minutes earlier enabling her to be caught in good evening light!
Remarks:"Qantas 6" rolling through after arriving on RWY34L from Singapore and Frankfurt with a very unusual sight on the right hand wing. The winglet was missing after an incident in Johhanseburg a few days before which left us with this amazing rare oppurtunity to see a 747-400 opperated with only one winglet. With this crop it could almost be mistaken for a 743!

Note the blue hue under the overhead lockers, from the blue sky outside, contrasting with the fluoro lighting in the upper cabin. (Tall people can bump their head on the aisle mounted video screens. Remarks: On 4 November 2011, this particular A380 named Nancy-Bird Walton suffered an uncontained engine failure while operating the second leg of flight QF32 back to Sydney. The crew had to shut down the engine and made an emergency landing at Singapore after dumping fuel. After spending more then a year undergoing repair which cost A$139million, she has since returned to service on 22/4/2012.
