Remarks: AF2 lining up on RWY25 for a departure to Santiago, Chile (SCEL) after arriving from Andrews AFB (KADW) on a technical stop. Remarks: Extremely rare Merlin from Mexico. This one has been a controversial one as it returned to SJO a few months later and dogs gave positive on drugs but none were found. It was grounded for two weeks with a fuel leak in SJO and was ferried to Pavas where Helicorp fixed it. It had a No-Fly notice but apparently it has left Costa Rica ever since. New to the DB.
