Remarks: Nosewheel detail of the Dreamliner. Those two big pistons steer the wheel. According to FlightGlobal, the gear swing on the Dreamliner requires 4 million lines of code! Special thanks to Boeing, JAL, Massport, and The Tufts Daily News.
Remarks: As some old BA ads I have tucked away said in the 60s, this bird will "FLY THE ROLLS-ROYCE WAY." Front of T1000 #2, metal blades unlike GE's, but still remarkable shaped. Many many thanks to Boeing for bringing her here, JAL for bringing her here in revenue service, and Massport/The Tufts Daily for the logistics.
Remarks: What a wing! I can confirm, it is carbon fiber to the touch! Truly revolutionary. The rollers remind me of old BA adds "FLY THE ROLLS ROYCE WAY" from the 60s. Many many thanks to Boeing for bringing her here, JAL for bringing her here in revenue service, and Massport/The Tufts Daily for the logistics.
Remarks: The 3-person overhead crew rest area for the F/As which is located over the rear section of the economy class. I took the shot while standing on the short staircase to the crew rest. There's one more similar crew rest behind me and also a 2-person crew rest for the pilots at the front of the plane.
