Remarks: A close-up view of the main complex ramp at Victorville, apparently for new aircraft arrivals. Upon close inspection, you can clearly see airliners from Singapore, Delta, FedEx, Thomas Cook, USAir, GOL, AreoGal, Blue Panorama, United and many Mexicana aircraft off to the left. Also note in the very lower left corner is the front of the famous Orbis DC10 Flying Eye Hospital. Did they finally say goodbye to their old faithful DC10? (1200x800 pixels)
Remarks: Overview of Larnaca (LCA/LCLK) after an early morning departure from runway 04. You can see Mackenzie Beach at the bottom of the picture. The main terminal is opposite the runway 04 threshold, with bizjet parking near the Cyprus Airways hangar opposite the runway 22 threshold. A small part of Larnaca's huge salt lake can also be seen, as can Aegean's A319 SX-DGH waiting to depart for Athens (ATH/LGAV) from the 04 threshold.
Remarks: Nice to see the A310 back on the island. Honestly I don't like Airbus planes, but I really love the A300 and A310. This one goes out to my buddy Timo!!
