Remarks: 1600px "New Zealand 520" turning onto the bay arriving from Christchurch in prime late afternoon light. It was nice to catch this scheme on the A320 as it only flies domestically within New Zealand. [Canon 7D]
Remarks: Lufthansas latest B748 on final approach after ferry flight from PAE as LH9925. Please note that there is neither the "Boeing 747-8" logo nor a given name on the plane. Both will be added later in FRA.
Remarks: Two very different machines in terms of power. I wonder what would have happened if the 380 was similarly under powered like the 343....thankfully it is not!
Remarks: Short final for runway 26L at the "other" London Airport after the short flight from Amsterdam. The southernmost wing of the South Terminal can be seen undergoing renovations, in preparation for even more capacity for Easyjet at Fortress Orange. It was nice flying on something other than an A319/320/321, for once, on an intra-Europe flight!
