Remarks: On display at Aviodrome - Lelystad (EHLE).
This completely wooden airplane, with a Volkswagen motor (that's why the name is: Volksplane), has never really flown although it is capabel of doing so. (As I was told by one of the hosts at Aviodrome).
Remarks: This plane was originally build for Balair Switzerland in 1927/28. Here a view on the engine. Engine Manufacturer and Model: Bristol Jupiter. Engine Type: Reciprocating.
