Remarks: This one had his reg scratched out, looks like perhaps for spotters not to identify him. Incredible though, first thing on our way to the airport was this big and old DC-10 (38 years old). Here he is parked in short term storage, near the fence.
Remarks: Me and my friend were lucky enough to see any activity at all at this dead airport, during our one hour visit in the morning. Always wanted to catch a Cargojet 762F. Here is one taxing for departure, probably off to Poland.
Remarks: No security...no people...no nothing. No one in the building. I could of gotten through the security check points if I wanted too. Here is the WestJet and CanJet check in counters.
Remarks: Parked at the Purolator lot with 3 other DC-10s. Looks to be on short term storage. This place was quite dead...but classic aircraft all over the place!
Remarks: Hainan 7976 taxis to rwy 06 Left for departure back to Beijing PEK, rare for this runway. Barely fit in my lens, gives you an idea how long the bird is.
Remarks: After landing rwy 05, Air Transat 491 from Cancun CUN taxis to the gate during sunset. This dull livery is quite lighted up, really like how this photo turned out.
