Remarks: On this day a nation-wide strike brought India to a near grinding halt . End Result – two & four-wheelers off the roads. Walking some of the time ,hitch hiking a ride or two ,braving unrelenting on-again off-again rain enroute and lo and behold ........my beloved VABB, as always, never failed to deliver ......ET-AND being THE reward for my perseverance. 2 minutes after she disappeared into the clouds came a nasty downpour. So much for timing!
