Remarks: Seen taking off on 08 at Compton. The nose of the aircraft wears the name "Shaftesbury Belle".
Remarks: It is thought that ice in the carb. caused the aircraft to loose power and crash on the runway, 27 May 1999. Thankfully the only injuries were minor.
Remarks: One of Compton's club aircraft arriving after a New Years Day flight. Regretably, the planned Fly-in at Compton had to be cancelled due to the previous week's heavy rain leaving the grass strip waterlogged.
