Remarks: Delivered to Australia 11/73. To 5 Sqn. Crashed while trying to rescue a suspected snake bitten soldier from High Range training area at night 20/04/77. Aircraft written off by RAAF, however Bell Helicopters at Eagle Farm repaired it and it was handed back to the RAAF 16/03/1978. Several tours with Peace Monitoring Group, Bougainville, since 04/98. In Service 171 Sqn - 1st Aviation Regiment.
