Remarks: Already a memory. At the time of the photo, Midwest had 3 daily flights to SFO, 2 to MCI(MD80) and one to MKE(712). By the winter of 2009, this was down to 1 daily 712 to MCI. The MD-80s were retired from the fleet in 2008, and on November 3rd, 2009, Midwest opperated its last mainline flight. Apparently serving fresh cookies on board and plush leather 2-2 seating isn't as appealing as $100 off your trip. Go figure.
