Remarks: A few hours into the cruise I was presented with this awesome view over Greenland. The view lasted a good 30 minutes and during that time passengers and cabin crew alike were fixed to the windows admiring the breathtaking scenery.
Remarks: I do like the old GB airways aircraft as they offer a slightly more comfortable ride than the traditional easyJet 319's. As easyJet will be phasing these A321's out of their fleet, it is a case of enjoying them whilst they are around.
Remarks: Early morning view across the departures lounge of Terminal 5. The sun is just rising above the horizon as another busy day commences at the UK's busiest airport.
Remarks: A great view over some remote sounds as we lift away from 12R. A great selection of different types in the Emirates fleet are visible in this photo including B77W, A332, A345 and of course, A380.
Remarks: A view up front after our flight from London Heathrow. The 'dated' cockpit of the 767 makes a refreshing change from the modern machines BA are to introduce into their fleet during 2013.
Remarks: At 4am this is a typical early morning scene at Manchester's busy Terminal 2. Many of these charter aircraft have just returned from their night flights and will be shortly prepared for another jaunt all around Europe and beyond. This wasn't an early start for me, a late night instead - Just a few hours prior to this shot being taken, I was on aboard one of those flights.
Remarks: A great view over looking the small aiport of Gibraltar. To the left you can see where the road runs across the runway and also where the traffic has been stopped to allow the inbound easyJet to land.
Remarks: Look at the size of those flaps?! Lots of detail here as we vacate runway 28L after our long and pleasurable flight from the UK. As we vacate the runway, I couldn’t help but sit back and admire the bright blue skies of California
Remarks: As we depart off of Rwy 08R we are left with this view overlooking the remote stands at London Gatwick. Here we can see a wide selection of different aircraft including 2 Monarch A300's, 1 Monarch A320, 1 Monarch A330, 1 First Choice 757, 1 MyTravel A330, 1 Thomson 767, 1 Astreaus 757 & 1 Oasis Hong Kong 747 - Taken aboard easyJet's flight 5015 to Amsterdam.
