Remarks: This is how an A330 looks like if you were to stand right next to it. I have to point out that those engines sound amazing too. Too bad we don't see Aer Lingus with their great scheme here at LAX anymore.
Remarks: As I was taking pictures with my good friend Jorge, I was tuned in to 133.9 a tower frequency for the north complex here at LAX. One of the pilots said on the radio that they are enjoying sunset, I bet they were enjoying it. Hard to describe in words, but this photo will give you some ideas as to how great that evening really was......
Remarks: Thank you goes to LAWA for turning approach lights to high intensity. Beautiful Californian sunset as this Southwest 737 is about to burn some rubber on runway 24R.
Remarks: Qantas 11 Super almost finished up a long flight from Australia, the only thing left to do is to perform a smooth landing in this beautiful SOCAL sunset. Normally this flight comes in the early morning, but today there was a huge delay which actually made this shot possible. Big thanks to Jorge for helping with this shot.
