Afternoon arrival on runway 27 at TIP. I didn't realize the moon was in the background until I downloaded the photos at home.
About 15 minutes before sunset and 100nm north of Baghdad, this 777 passed 4000ft above us at 41000ft. It was about 2nm ahead of us before I could work the moon into the frame.
Opposite direction traffic 1000ft above us at 40000ft and offset 1nm on our left side. I think this is the first photo of this bird in Oman Air colors.
