Remarks: One of the many A330s frequenting Delhi, flight IT001 from London Heathrow Airport arrives into runway 29 10 minutes ahead of schedule. These birds are said to have had the best first class onboard an A330 - I have been onboard one of these - sadly nothing much impressed me except the fact they have managed a bar on board an A330 - that too fully stocked with guess what ? Only United Breweries ( UB group) spirits.
Remarks: Honestly speaking, the best product available in the Indian domestic market (amongst the full cost carriers of course) - I know not many people will agree. But, trust me an AI A321 cabin is way better than a boring old 9W B737 or a under maintained IT A32X cabin. As usual, Air India colors look better with each aircraft I see.
Remarks: These colors look smashing, really nice and bright blue and yellow on this B767 - first time I encountered this bird.
A welcome visitor at Delhi. This bird is called Khiva - an Uzbek province.
Remarks: Relatively young bird delivered to American Trans Air in 2001 has flown for 2 operators, Biman being the third. We do miss the DC-10 Biman used to send. But, nice to see a B737 which stands out from the boring and dull Jet Airways and Spice Jet B737s hovering at Delhi. First shot of this bird from Delhi.
Remarks: A very welcome visitor at Delhi, FedEx recently started 5 weekly 77F service to Delhi, this one comes into runway 29 - right after a Thai Cargo 77f only to be followed by an AeroLogic 77F. Only missing a Air France Cargo now, first of this bird from Delhi.
Remarks: My favorite carrier after dear Air India, Thai Airways International flys into runway 29 from Suvranbhumi Airport, Bangkok.
Not many A340s visit Delhi, but certainly the two most good good looking ones visit us - Virgin Atlantic and Thai International.
Remarks: The little ATR 72 looks stunning in this 9W livery. I'm not fond of this airline, but when ever their ATR flys in I do get excited.
This is a nice evening arrival into runway 29 as you see the see on the nose.
Remarks: Not very fond of the carrier or the livery. But nice bright yellow on the tail.
S2 comes into runway 29. Soon these liveries will disappear as 9W is painting all S2 birds in 9W colors - that is the dark blue livery.

Remarks: The very rare, and the only kind of A320 fleet in the world. The Air India double bogies - they have two set of wheels in the main landing gear.
Comes into runway 29 for a late evening arrival.
Remarks: This beautiful and huge 777 comes into runway 29 for its 1730 hours arrival ! Had caught her on the first day of the new flight timings (day time), but sadly the weather wasn't good.
Always nice to see more heavies and international heavies in the day time, rather than night.
Remarks: One of the many B737s in the Jet Airways fleet, not flown them since long. They look fairly okay. Into runway 29 from somewhere or the other. Notice, that it has the Konnect stickers Jet Airways has always confused be with it's concepts of JetLite, Jet konnect and Jet airways itself - with the changing colors on JetLites' it got even more confusing.
Remarks: Baby Bus at it's best ! Best looking narrow body. Always more exciting to see this than any other narrow body, hoping that I have my first flight on these soon. Really fond of them.
Remarks: Surprisingly a relatively clean Kingfisher bird, these aircrafts are sometimes way too dirty - whether it is sticker peel off or just black spots, they are difficult to get a good shot of.
Into runway 29 an early evening arrival.
