Remarks: My favourite Helicopter, the BK117 of the Lion Foundation Rescue trust, based at the Rescue Centre at Taieri Aerodrome, 3 miles from Dunedin Airport, effectionately know as "Black Beauty"
Remarks: Polair 71 seen here bringing a patient to the Launceston General Hospital. The helipad doesn't get used that much so as you can see, its a good chance to clear the grounds of fallen leaves!
Remarks: Departing Hagley Park after bringing in a patient on a Med-evac , the meat wagon can be seen in the background driving off to the hospital situated only a few hundred metres away
