Remarks: Runway 26 in this small airstrip in the Israeli desert. This is not a standard airfield. Also, the runway is not active for aviation every day, sometimes when there is no activity of the airplanes, the bedouin from the area uses on the runway for cars racing... So, you can see many kinds of signs on the runway without any relevance to the airplanes...

Recently I looked at my old photo album, and I saw some photos that I took at 2002 during some flights in the Israeli space with some pilots friends, when I just started with the hobby as plane-spotter, with an pocket camera. I'm not sure whether the quality is the best, but in my opinion it's interesting photo, so I hope there is room for such photos on the database, and I hope that all of you feels good with such photos.
Remarks: 1600px. Taxiway N1 on a dull rainy monsoon day. N1 was temporarily shut after the Blast Fence behind RWY 27 was ripped off by a taking off 747. Dark clouds over the airport as an IndiGo A320 waits on N4 and a Jet Airways 737 takes to the stormy skies.
