Remarks: Fog over parts of the UK earlier that morning meant that a few aircraft came into Gatwick on diversions. This BA flight was heading for Heathrow from Amsterdam. Notice its carrying the "To fly. To serve" sticker.
Remarks: Even though this aircraft has been around for quite awhile, this was the first time I'd actually caught up with it. So to snap it airside was a treat!
Remarks: After Hong Kong Airlines ceased its operations to Gatwick, all 3 aircraft were placed into temporary storage at the airport while the airline figured out what to do with the aircraft. All 3 aircraft have now been leased out to parent company Hainan Airlines. B-LNK was the last aircraft to leave Gatwick.
Remarks: At long last, Caribbean Airlines send one of their own 767's to Gatwick. Up until now they have been sending in a mix of Omni Air 767-200's and 300's.
