Remarks: Me and my friend Filip Bundalo came to the Lucko airport to photograph this plane for the Cazma airshow poster he was making, and the pilots were very friendly and cooperative.
Remarks: New registration in database. "BOL" in this registration obviously stands for the town of Bol on the island of Brac, where the airport Bol/Brac (BWK) is situated.
Remarks: A big radial biplane, tall wild grass and a watchful mechanic in an antiquated working suit - the shot could have easily passed for a 1930s scene... aircraft mfd. in 1980, previously registrered HA-MAC
Remarks: New reg for Croatia. Despite its similarity to the Sukhoi Su-29, the Interavia I-3 (also known in Russia as the Technoavia SP-91) is a different design, produced by the same man who produced the Sukhoi aerobatic series. This particular aircraft has been manufactured in 1993., and previously flew in the US. It is equipped with an EFIS cockpit (albeit with a single MFD) and a half-empty panel.
