Remarks: Rare warbird visitor from the USA. The Chinese built over 3,000 of these Nanchang CJ-6A which is a Yak 18A knockoff for their Air Force. Powered by a Chinese built copy of the Soviet AI-14P 285 hp radial engine. Interesting engine sound.
Remarks: Nice old T-28. These birds always have a great engine sound mix with the big paddle blade propeller. It makes for a unique combination. It is a low harmonic similar to the pulse of a Huey approaching rather than the high frequency rasp of a Harvard or Beaver taking off.
Remarks: I learned to fly on this tight and well maintained Cessna C-172M 20+ years ago! It's nice to see her still in great condition. Another first for the database.
