This Dornier is seen here on an idyllic autumn afternoon commencing its take-off run down Runway 27 at Staverton with the 1545 service for Jersey. A few hours later it will be back for the 1945 departure for the Isle of Man.

Remarks: This 1972 Navajo is seen here back-tracking up Runway 27, about to depart for County Wicklow with passengers from the horse racing fraternity after the Gold Cup at nearby Cheltenham. It is owned by a syndicate from York. Prior to 2001 it was registered in Finland as OH-PNG.
