Remarks: Fuji Dream number 2, not as striking as the red, green, and purple ones in the fleet but still not bad, especially on a day with rather low visibility.
Remarks: Kumamoto Airport's traffics are spaced evenly at approximately half an hour apart through out the day and night - not bad at all for an airport this size. This is perhaps just the right amount of traffic to keep you awake but not stressed too much for a full day's spotting :)
Remarks: Despite spending two full days at KMJ we are still totally unable to figure out the runway usage pattern here. ATC seems to assign runway direction randomly regardless of wind direction and/or destination - which might not necessarily be a bad thing as we get to sample different angles and backgrounds.
