Remarks: My 500ş photo in JP database, taken in one of my favourite spots at Oporto, located near Runway 17's threshold! [Google Earth coordinates: 41.260946,-8.686697]. Special thanks to my friends who are present in this picture: my father, my "Bro" Daniel Silva and my friends Armindo, Alcino and Fernando, catching the georgeous TAAG Angola Airlines 777-300 D2-TEG approaching the touchdown zone as DTA656 from Luanda, Angola. This picture is dedicated to all the people who were involved in my success during these five hundred photos, I hope that the next 500 ones arrive quickly! [1200px]
Remarks: Asiana’s sole 767 freighter peering out of the thick haze approaching 25R. Their 767F isn't easy to see here as they usually operate overnight and aren't always scheduled.
Remarks: Amazing that despite many airlines, from mainstream flag carriers to small-scale charter carriers, are rapidly retiring old aircraft the Transmile Air Services Group continues flying these 727s with one of the largest fleet of 727s still in operation. This is a ’79-built passenger model, flying for Western Airlines as a -247Adv (N287WA), then with UPS as a -247Adv(F) (N207UP) before being acquired by TH.
