Remarks: A pic from very early in my digital era. I loved this colour scheme, even more so than the new one. One of a few predominantly white based scheme that I really liked. As the slogan goes "smooth as slik.......".
Remarks: One of the most beautiful fighters in the world, the F-14 Tomcat, is into retirement now. This example is on final at NAS Oceana. The aircraft made its last flight on the 20th September 2005 to the Castle air museum, Atwater, California.
