Remarks: Just a couple of months after this pictures was taken, this helicopter was substantially damaged during taxi across Texas Jet's ramp at KFTW. The helicopter's main rotors and transmission assembly separated from the airframe after the aircraft began shaking rapidly which was caused by major structural failure of a blade support.
