Remarks: Parked on the deck of the USS Boxer (LHD 4) while docked here in Sydney. Aircraft was in service with Marine Heavy Helicopter Squadron 465 (HMH-465) when this photo was taken.
Remarks: c/n# 145, delivered 3/31/89. First time shown on jetphotos. The letters "HA" in the registration stand for Henson Airlines, which was bought by Piedmont in 1983, which was itself bought out in 1993 by USAir. USAir then re-named Henson as Piedmont in order to protect the value of the Piedmont brand name.
