Remarks: Very rare visitor in POA. Far from home, the XH-135 (callsing "RFR 7040A") complete one more step to refuel, towards the Falkland Islands. Certainly one of the last missions of Canberra in the South Atlantic.
Remarks: (Built 2000) on Twy Charlie taxiing to the Domestic terminal after landing on Rwy 34R just after 7am as VQ1647 from Williamtown. Aircraft is ex Impulse Airlines where it wore a stunning "Cockatoo" livery and is now in service with QantasLink in Western Australia as VH-NXB.
Remarks: "Anthony H.G. Fokker" on final for 31R in the late afternoon. I was glad to catch this bird before she was retired from service less than a month later. D100.
