Remarks: Smokey touchdown on rw16R. On all the days I visited NRT on this trip the VN flights landed on the short runway so I was quite pleased to have caught this.

Remarks: About to touchdown on Rwy 16R. Any airliner site can never have too many MD-11s - that's what I say! The JAL MD-11 fleet took their names from birds with this a/c called 'White Stork'.
Remarks: One of the very last Concorde takeoffs from JFK, low over the horizon of Howard Beach, NY, just past runway 31L. On this particular day (Columbus Day in the US), the skies were pristine and very clear, and the light could not have been better to catch this 9:15am departure. Sure do miss this bird......

Remarks: NH628 KOJ-HND. ANA 777 holding short rwy 34 for departure to Tokyo. You can see Sakurajima in the background - a large active volcano right across the bay from Kagoshima City. This aircraft was first flown on 09.06.97 and delivered to ANA on 23.06.97. c/n 27938.
