Remarks: Towed from a remote, night parking to its gate in the early morning. Note that the company sibling in the background is an A300. Registrations used by this airframe: OY-KTD, SE-DDU, N762UA, N805AX. Parted-out 2002.
Remarks: Pictured taxying to the gate. Looking through my old stuff what struck me most about this shot was how empty the ramp could be at FRA in those days - the only other aircraft visible is a LG F.27. The emblem on the Caravelle's tail is a Moor's head and has been the symbol of Corsica since 1760.
Remarks: Originally ordered by and delivered to United Airlines in 1968. It served with around 16 operators and supposed to be with Aero Continente Chile as CC-CJO since late 2000.
