Remarks: A view of the small cabin having just arrived back at Valletta Grand Harbour from our sightseeing flight over Malta. This aircraft can squeeze in 9 people, with 3 seats across and a tiny aisle down the middle.
Remarks: A brilliant view over the famous 'Blue Lagoon', on the small island of Comino with Malta just visible to the left. Taken on our sea plane flight all round the Maltese islands having departed from Valletta's grand harbour, an awesome experience. This 1961 DHC-3 was originally delivered to the Burmese government, and ended up flying for Harbour Air in Canda prior to coming to Malta.
Remarks: You can see how low the sun still is (very early morning) as it is illuminating the fuselage, but is still not high enough for the upper surfaces.
Remarks: Being dwarfed by a cruise ship while awaiting passengers for the next scenic flight above Malta, Gozo and Comino. Note the bubble windows, which make these pleasure flights great value for money indeed!
Remarks: Just landed in the Grand Harbour after completing the short flight from Gozo. Seen here taxiing past the large cruise liner "Costa Concordia".
